“A really lovely creamy palate, with a long floral finish. Works really well with tonic.”
“Clear and brilliant. Complex, enticing nose. Very silky mouthfeel. Very scented palate with delicate juniper notes. Some earthy sweetness. Slightly spicy finish.”
“A well balanced gin, smooth on the palate and balanced in flavour. Seems to coat the mouth a little more than most - (the collagen at work?) Overall a good, well crafted gin.”
