Collagin and tonic
Ingredients
50ml Collagin
150ml Tonic Water
How it’s made
For our perfect serve, pour chilled, sparkling tonic water over Collagin on ice. Garnish with fresh, pink grapefruit or for a creamier finish, throw in a vanilla pod.
HEDONISTIC HELIX
Ingredients
60ml Collagin
40ml Martini dry vermouth
How it’s made
Combine the Collagin and Martini in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain the liquid into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with rosemary.
ROSE & SHINE
Ingredients
50ml Collagin Rose
Splash of Prosecco
Handful of pistachio nuts
How it’s made
Pour a Collagin Rose into a coupe glass. Top with prosecco and sprinkle in a handful of pistachio nuts.
BASIL NAUGHTY
Ingredients
50ml Collagin Rose
Splash of tonic over ice
A drop of basil syrup
Garnish with strawberries
How it’s made
Pour a 5cl shot of Collagin Rose into an iced coupe glass. Top with premium tonic, add a drop of basil syrup and garnish with fresh, juicy strawberries.
COLLAGIN CANDYFLOSS
INGREDIENTS
50ml Collagin
A handful of fluffy candy floss
Sweet Rose Sparkling Wine
Decorated cocktail sticks long enough to reach across the top of your glass
HOW IT’S MADE
Pour one measure of pink gin into each of two vintage champagne glasses
Top up with sparkling rose wine, but not quite to the top.
Get your cocktail stick and spear a bunch of fluffy candy floss
Balance the candy floss on top of the glass so it does not make contact with the cocktail.
Add the gin, a dash of syrup and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and add ice. Shake the mix and then strain into a chilled flute glass. Top with champagne and a handful of juniper berries.
CRANBERRY BAY
INGREDIENTS
50ml Collagin
Splash of Cranberry Hibiscus Syrup
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
3 oz brut champagne
HOW IT’S MADE
Add the gin, a dash of syrup and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and add ice. Shake the mix and then strain into a chilled flute glass. Top with champagne and a handful of juniper berries.

TURKISH DELIGHT HOT CHOCOLATE
INGREDIENTS
50ml Collagin Rose
One long vanilla pod
Handful of cocoa beans
Two teaspoons of premium hot chocolate powder
HOW IT’S MADE
Add two – three teaspoons of hot chocolate powder to boiling water or milk if you prefer a creamier cocktail.
Add a double shot of Collagin Rose and top with cocoa beans or chocolate shavings.
Stir with a vanilla pod and leave to infuse.
